Waldorf Astoria Golf Club

Orlando, Florida | 18 holes | Par: 72 | 7108 yards

The 18 hole Rees Jones and Steve Weisser-designed championship golf course follows the terrain's existing contours and blends respectfully with nature offering a challenging yet tranquil game.

Designed with a five-tee system for all playing abilities, yet quite challenging, the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club provides a truly exceptional setting for Orlando golf. Test your skill on the 18-hole Rees Jones and Steve Weisser-designed championship course, winding through a large wetland preserve and measuring 7108 yards with a Par 72, Slope 139, and 74.6 rating from its Professional Tees. Holes are visually arresting from tee to green and require intelligent management of the game. Bunkers are carved to be reminiscent of the hazards designed on courses a century ago. Majestic stands of pine and cypress trees line the fairways. The style of this meticulous Orlando golf resort was dictated by the land's existing contours, which Jones then enhanced always mindful of the natural elements and environmental issues. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked Pro Shop with TaylorMade, Adidas, and Ashworth merchandise and TaylorMade club rentals. After a round of golf, relax in The Clubhouse Grille with refreshing drinks and traditional clubhouse dining.

The golf club is located adjacent to Waldorf Astoria Orlando, the first-ever newly built Waldorf Astoria outside of New York with 498 rooms and suites and luxurious amenities include European Spa and the legendary restaurants of the original such as Bull & Bear Steakhouse® and Sir Harry’s. Located on 482 private acres and surrounded on three sides by Walt Disney World® Resort, Waldorf Astoria Orlando is a private oasis with Orlando’s exciting attractions just minutes away.

    Absolutely EXCELLENT!
From the valet at the bag drop, to the pro shop, to the driving range & putting green, all the way thru the 18th & 19th holes, everything was first class!

If you believe "you get what you pay for", spend the money! Worth every dollar.

    Will definitely play again!

This is unquestionably a gem. I come from the UK and have played Wentworth, Sunningdale, Turnberry and many other top courses there. They may match this course for service but they can't better it. Never mind the price - get out there and experience one of the top layouts in Florida with all round service second to none.

Of the four golf course's I played in Orlando, by far the best! The course was in magnificent condition, almost one of those course’s you are afraid to take a divot.

Enough tee boxes for high handicapper’s but probably better suited for players with an 18 or less handicap, especially considering the price. It’s a Waldorf Astoria, the service was excellent.

Womderfully kept track. Excellent staff, fair prices. Bull & Bear steakhouse is a nice cap to a great round of golf with the guys. I prefer the back 9 if your limited on time.

We enjoyed the course very much, the professionalism of the staff, and the hospitality of Manny Belete and Brandon Snyder from the Bull and Bear Restaurant, which has the best food and service in Orlando, FL.

BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO Anyone involved in the golf industry should play a round at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club to experience what customer service can be !
It's not cheap but I'd go back at the earliest opportunity vs. going twice to a lesser facility.
Just one caveat. Know where you are going. There is NO SIGNAGE !

A very nice course, really worth the money. The layout is really good and the course is in a great condition. The only better course played so far in Orlando was the Ritz Carlton.

This new Reese Jones course only a year old is a gem for any avid golfer. The course is in immaculate condition, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The course provided a tough but fair test of golf the bunkers (79 of them) are strategically located through the course. As the Bermuda grass matures this course will play event more difficult, and at some point I can see it hosting a PGA sanctioned event. Not many people know of this course due to the fact that it’s relatively new, I took a shot on it, and by far the best course I played over the course of a week in Orlando. If you want to play a course that in five years everyone will be talking about this is it!
