Twin Rivers Golf Club in Oviedo is as scenic as it is challenging with a location between the Big and Little Ekon Rivers. The golf course was built on 200 acres of state wildlife preserve with no homes to be found on or around the course. Twin Rivers Golf Club meanders through palmetto groves, towering oak trees, and thick underbrush, which all add to its scenic atmosphere but also to its difficulty. Numerous bunkers are strategically placed throughout water hazards come into play on a few holes. One particularly challenging hole at Twin Rivers Golf Club is the par-5 17th, which features a double dogleg fairway.
