The front nine is more modern while the back nine is done in a classic style. The front nine holes are more open and they play through native marshland. The back nine has more wooded areas consisting of century old oak trees, putting an emphasis on shot accuracy. The fairways are gently rolling and lead to large, undulating greens that are quite fast. Water hazards come into play on 12 holes. The North Shore Golf Course has three sets of tee boxes to accommodate all golfers.
