    The staff today was less than friendly, and they were not willing to accommodate the needs os a handicap person with waking disabilities, kindness and heart failure .

    I explained that to him, and his answer was that there weren’t any carts available for anybody, that he was not targeting disabled persons.

    My way of seeing it that is discrimination, because there were plenty of carts for the golfers
